Account details - name, email address, mobile number and profile information - are kept until you delete your account. App usage data is retained for up to 24 months. Subscription and payment records are retained for up to 7 years, where we are required to keep them for tax and accounting purposes. Once a retention period ends, the data is permanently deleted from our systems.

You can also request deletion by emailing [email protected] from your registered email address. We respond to all deletion requests within 30 days.Subscription and payment records that we are legally required to retain are kept as described under Data Retention, and are no longer linked to your profile after deletion.
