• Incorrect billing due to a system error.
• Subscription charged after cancellation request (subject to verification).

Non-Refundable Services

• Completed coaching or mentoring sessions.
• Promotional or discounted purchases.
• Partial use of subscription services.

Refund Processing

Cancellation of Subscription
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future recurring payments but will not automatically entitle the user to a refund for payments already made.
